I watched someone replace mine a month ago.
1) Remove the exterior chrome-colored platic trim in the rubber windshield gasket.
2) Push old windshield out from the inside, with the expectation it will crack.
3) Spray rubber gasket with window cleaner - it lubricates it long enough for reinstallation.
4) Set new windsheild in gasket (lower edge placed into gasket).
5) Using blunt ended tool (like a very blunt ice-pick, bent at about 45 degrees), start feeding the new windshield into the gasket. Ocassionally re-lubricate the gasket with window cleaner
6) Push down on the windshield as you work the sides into place, so it gets more and more "seated".
7) Work the top edge of the window into place.
8) Caulk? Not sure - I had to leave before he was finished, but he may have used some caulk to reseal the windshield.
9) Replace the plastic "chrome" pieces.
Note: I've read that you have to make sure you get the proper tint (find out what tint you have by holding a white sheet of paper on the inside, and view from outside - tan or gray tint?)
Hope thie is helpful,
Charles
