When I got my '92 900S (in '97 w/14,9xx miles BTW) it had just been traded in at a Cadillac/SAAB dealer in Newport News... When I picked it up the next day, I had to watch as the salesman proudly stuck a GIANT "Suttle Motors" (not subtle at all if you ask me) plaque on the back of my new car...

Let me tell you... 5 minutes later, off the lot, that bad boy was OFF.

What is it about the Southeast? (And I include VA) that makes dealers want to plaster their name on your ass? (The car of course). I grew up in California, and out there you've got dealer's license plate frames, but NOTHING stuck on the car.

Also, in CA you're not allowed to have anything suck on your windshield. Here in VA, I'm required to have my inspection sticker, county/city tax sticker, DC residential parking permit and DOD registration sticker all on my windshield. Now on an old 900, that doesnt leave much room.....
