I'm not sure what the deal is but I hit something in the road a while back and bent the crap out of my rim. I put an old rim on for now and parked the car. The other day while I was pulling the engine out of my parts car, I moved my baby to the side of the road in front of my house. I let it run for a while so everything could get warmed up and what not. Well, while I was moving my parts car around I heard the idle start to go nuts. The car was just getting warmed up and the rpm's were bouncing up and down. from 1300 to 3300. What in the world would make this happen. At first I thought it was the AIC. I checked it over and it seemed to be out. I replaced not ago, along with cleaning and so on. Any thoughts??


While you think about that, I also replaced the oil cooling lines and cooler from the front left side.(The return line had a slow leak.) I was putting in a cold air filter and didn't want the oil leaking down on the filter all the time. It was a very slow leak but I could never keep it clean. Anyway, I replaced the oil at the same time I did all that with valvaline snthic to see it that brand was any better then the normal. Would any of this make a difference or have something to do with the idle problem I now have.
