Battery (even new) keeps dying, what's draining it !?!

My wife's 91 900T (84,000K miles) has always had a bit of electrical issues. The latest is the battery dying overnight. The last one, after being jumped 2 or 3 times finally just decided it didn't want to do it anymore. So last Sunday, I replaced the battery and this one is dead again as well.
There is a month old new alternator, so it doesn't appear it could be that. I thought it was the aftermarket (came with the car) alarm system draining the battery so we turned it off--but this new battery still died.
My wife did tell me that the brakes lights sometimes "stick" on when she shuts the car off and begins to walk away.. she has to go back and pump the brake a couple times to get them to shut off. Can't image that would be the issue since it's hard to avoid seeing brake lights beaming away...
All the lead wires and the battery post clamps are clean as well...

Any thoughts?
