This is a product you probably need to get thru a 3M wholesaler, not sold in stores. It's two side-by-side tubes but one tube smaller diameter than other, needs its own special trigger dispenser too. I don't mess with the "mixing tubes," they waste a lot of glue trapped internally, and they add to the cost. Squirt out a little and mix with a toothpick or whatever.
Patched aluminum radiators with this and had it last for years, till car was junked - - where fan blades cut into multiple tubes in a crash. Cleaned radiator well externally, flushed it out thoroughly with clean water, blew it dry and then let it dry, mixed this stuff and then worked it into each opening and down into the fins a little to let it key in. It bonds excellent to steel, very well to most metals, and okay to other materials, and stays a little flexible too.
On plastics the bond isn't great but if you spread it broadly after cleaning well you're probably okay. Drill tiny holes just into the surface but nowhere near through, to make keys to lock it in place if there's a chance of it coming apart.
If the JB Weld doesn't hold, don't give up, try to get some of this stuff and give it a try.
