oil temperature, what is normal at drain plug?

Just installed oil pressure and temperature gauges from swedish auto specialists. Very good. The pressure reads between 20 and 60 PSI from idle to pedal down, fine. The oil temperature though at the drain plug is 140-150F, and this seems to low. Never goes above 180F. Can anyone who has the oil temp in the drain plug and a good guage tell me what the 'normal' oil temp should be down there. Is this even reasonable? I was driving down the highway for an hour and 150F was highest.

Also my boost pressure seems low at 5-10 PSI maximum. I used to do much better than that. Could a clogged air filter do that? Haven't replaced the filter in a while.
