The O-fishul name for it, right out of the EPC, is "joint". If you go to the parts counter asking for that, they might call the authorities (or they might direct you to another part of the dealership :-)

Here's a picture of the inner rubber piece that deteriorates and a link to the eEuroparts page on it. The page says 9000, but I believe that it's the same part.

Assuming that my guess was right, hose clamps or stout, nylon wire ties will get you moving until the part comes in.
