just got to say, drop in some new ngk plugs and while your at it a airfilter, little story, everytime i would try to boost my car, soon as i would try to spool up the turbo, the needel would just get to the start of the boost then it would take all my nice starting pressuer and dump it right out the wastgate, it would do this every time i tryed to boost, started to think my turbo fell out of the car, and all im left with is a 4 banger, however i did know my plugs were on there way out, so 2day i stoped in and picked up a new set of ngk`s
seems ngk has a new plug for the turbo
you can use the normal ngk plug # bcpr7es, when i ran with these plugs, when new they boosted to just a tad in the red then wast gate opend, and when they start to get bad it affects your boost greatly.
now the new plugs that ngk came out with is # bcpr7eix i had just installed this plug and all i can say is HOLY CROW ......
boosted halfway in the red before i let off.. thats right the waste gate did not open half way to red, the motor never knocked with the plug under the boost,.. i all most forgot what boosting was all about untill 2day , gosh
what a car ( THANKS SAAB )
i dont know what the plug will do in the long haul but wow,
all smiles here.
