I went with the simmons 2.5 exhaust from the Saab site and they sent a magnaflow cat (I was expecting the Bosal - so I'm taking it as an upgrade).

I also go the starla DP, which isn't mandrel bent, but It'll do for now.

Everything was under $400.

I live in the south, so SS was not considered.

I'd rethink the 3in, I also considered going with the 3", but decided against it.
For anything under say 250hp, I'd think 2.5 would be fine.

I'll probably go with th 3" DP and the little optima battery that someone came across later. That should be plenty flow for what I'm looking for.

I did the Starla DP because mine was welded to the cat (to fix a hole for the emissions guy a few years back) and the car failed GA emissions this year. The the $75 for the temp DP fix seems worth it. And I have to do a custom DP because my super60 has a bigger outlet and the bolt pattern is a little different as well. So I'll connect it up properly later.

These guys have some universal ones http://www.adccatalyticconverters.com/site/792045/page/45031

this looks the closet

Hope that helps a little
