Just got Tamiya M-03 chassis with Mini Cooper (classic, not new one) body. Yep, I love Mini also but:
- Saab's better :)
- I installed new wheels (and bearings, and ball-joints and so on) and gonna go on with chassis reengineering. After that stock body can't be installed (another wheel base, bigger wheels)

So is here anyone who goes in for RC? Has anyone the experience of ordering or building custom bodies? Time, price, materials?

They say there's a guy in Siberia (lol :)) who can made any body of lavsan. But it costs $800 :)

And couple of other questions.
1. Does anyone here trade Official service manual? Seeking for Engine chapter. Dean at eeuroparts said it's out of stock :(
Ebayers mostly work with PayPal but PayPal doesn't work with Russia :( (suckers, I have been fighting with them since last Oct. They don't provide CVC/CVN IDs for every transaction (but they really are) so forcing our banks to reject their requests).
So is here anyone who agrees to recieve Western Union transfer and send Official service manual?
Just in case here's my mail: zigfried doggy-doggy inbox#ru (doggy-doggy -> 'at' sign and # -> .)

2. Remember my play with real wheel adjustment? Every evening when leaving my desk I say myselft to take it the next day and every next day I leave it home :)
Once I take it with me I'll publish the details. I belive you'll agree that such angles can't be forceng my worn bushings. And when looking under the car rear axle looks straight parallel and perpendicular.

Zig.

P.S.
Btw I wonder if they'll ban me if I post this massage in general board? Trading and eBay complaining - is it enabled on this server?
