Help with 85 900T auto Posted by Twells [Email] (#1632) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Twells) on Sun, 17 Jun 2007 12:58:48 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have an 85 900T auto with 157,000 miles. Acts like AMM is bad -- wildly fluctuating idle when first started cold. Also, if I accelerate with boost, I get a gas smell in the cabin. The more boost, the worse the smell. I've replaced all vacuum hoses, FPR, injectors have new O-rings. I bought a refurbished AMM (Injection Labs), but that did not help. I've been playing with C900s since 1995, but can't quite figure this out. Only thing I notice is that the fat hose from the valve cover nipple that runs up to the turbo pipes looks weathered. Thoughts?
Thanks,
TWells
