Are referring to the stack height measurement? The pinion nut is just slightly tighter then where it came off originally as indicated by the offset to lock it to the shaft. He suggested using the same size shim that came out as they were a little battered, a .4 MM and a .5mm he even looked up the Saab part number to make it easier for me to order. He would have gave them to me if he had them in stock. He claimed whenever he changed from original shimming he ended up with gear noise.
