vack,
do voltage and continuity readings from hall sensor plug to ignition module. i had a stalling problem that drove me nuts for two weeks, it turned out to be one of the prongs on the hall sensor plug was pushed back just a tiny bit and wasn't making contact when the engine got warm. from a distance it looked like the plug was ok but look real close. i ended up doing a complete rewire all the way to the module as one of the wires that plug to the module was frayed and barely hanging to the plug.
hope your problem is simpler than this.
