There sure are a lot of possibilities here. The injection harness has to be properly grounded. That's all those little black wires that ground near the thermostat housing. There's actually an order of which wires go under which bolt and Saab used to tell their tech's. that if they are swapped you can have injector performance problems. I think it's because if two of those wires are making better contact with each other than they are with ground you'll have set up a series connection there so you may want to check those. Here's one that I hope doesn't insult your know how: Number one plug is nearest the firewall and number four is nearest the radiator. It's surprising how often smart guys overlook that C900 idiosyncrasy. Otherwise you may have a huge vacuum leak, try plugging the hooter valve connection at the throttle body. Maybe loose wiring on the crank position sensor. Just a few quick thoughts, keep us posted.
