When I read older posts about the wiring, that made me really nervous about taking the plunge myself (bought an 85 spg a few months ago sight unseen). But it's only a few wires that seem affected thankfully. Although I have no idea what's under the fusebox!
The older bumpers and the black and tan combo is rather cool-looking! I'm hoping to get my car in shape for some novice autocross before too long. (very happy today that I managed to reinstall the rear seatback, so when it pivots it stays in -- prior owner took the seat out, lost everything and left it as is).
I'm debating -- the PO also recovered all the seats with the interior from a non-leather Saab... did a nice job, but that fabric is looking a bit worn itself. I am dying of curiosity to find out what's underneath, it seems like they covered right over the original leather without removing it. Could it be salvageable I wonder? I just love tan leather, especially the older tan. But I digress!
