This is where I'm at. I removed the ECU and relay bracket, checked the power that triggered over to the fuel pump relay. I checked the ground wire from the ECU to the fuel pump relay and with the key ON, the ground wire shows 12 volts as it should because the voltage flows through the mechanical coil inside the relay to ground. Strange to have a few relays that all work in the system relay socket but not in the fuel pump socket I also see in the Manual that the fuel pump relay also does something with the O2 sensor heater power and the EZK. I've switch both the relays, System and fuel and they both are good. I even tried the AC relay since it's the same. I'll think all the test in the Manual would locate the problem. Hope you can follow what I'm implying. EZK ? Hall Sensor, But it run when fuel pump is jumped? If I can't find the solution, I'll place my own relay circuit in the car triggered by the system relay. trying to make sense of it all.
