Look at the Bentley for the hollow bolt to bleed the oil through the upper valve train. Pick the one that is the furthest ( per the Bentley ) from the oil pump. Crack it open, pull the fuel pump fuse, turn over the engine until you see oil come out of the hole in the hollow bolt. Tighten it up.
While you have the valve cover off, you might poke around and see what else you can find while you have it turning over to get oil up to that bolt.
This can be a little messy so have some clean rags ready to catch oil that might drip out during the oil pump activation.
Did you replace with a new rubber chain pad in the upper valve cover?
