Vac leaks, vac leaks, vac leaks. Change out all vac lines, seal up all those cute grommets on the intake with gasket sealant, loosen the throttle cable, heck clean the throttle body with Qtips.
Since you've manned up for a new AIC, spray that old one with brake cleaner to clean it out. I have been doing this for YEARS without detriment to the original AIC, but others will disagree.
Timing? play around a bit there if you're adventurous and have 3H to street-tune it after you've altered the angle.
In the past 15 years with my c900T, I have often found that all she needs is a good beatin to get the idle right, the engine turning over in 1/4 turn, and general purring of the whole car. Nothing stupid, but a good 2nd/3rd gear thrashing for 20 minutes on a quiet sunday AM.
That, and regular driving. She is a jealous babe.
