One approach that might work is to make a "puller" tool. It would be a piece of rectangular steel (maybe 3/8 X 3/4) with a hole in one end (thru the 3/8 section) the size of the pin, and a split from the hole to the edge of the rectangle. Across the split is a drilled/tapped hole such that when a cap screw is inserted into the hole and tightened, the hole becomes smaller and grips the pin securely. I'd drill the hole undersize, cut the split then ream the hole to size.

I'm not describing this tool very well; if you want to go this route PM me with your phone number and I'll call to explain further.

Rotating and/or prying on the puller tool should enable you to get the pin out. Heating the flywheel near the pin with a heat gun wouldn't hurt.

I haven't changed a 900 clutch in awhile, but I believe that you can maneuver the parts around such that you could get the tool over the pin you want to remove.
Lotsa work, but less work than pulling the engine.
