OK, so a bit a clarification here -- Vvack said :

Actually not plug and play. You have to knock 3mm off the entire thickness of the unit, so in essence you are lightening the 2.3L flywheel. This is a good solution BUT....it is very difficult to find for a reasonable amount of dough, the pressure plate and clutch disc for a 2.3L
The 2.3L pressure plate is 3mm proud and so the flywheel has to be scalped by the same amount.
