It could be that the lift pump, small one on the side is bad, the main pump is heard, but the lift pump isn't filling the basket. Is the tank full up or are you down with a 1/4th tank? If the fuel is low, and the lift pump is out, you probably aren't getting fuel in the basket.
Or, the filter is clogged. Or the main pump is bad, not providing system pressure.
Check your coil - like Justin said, about making sure on the spark -- you might have something, it might not be enough to get it to run.
Clean and reset the grounds for the FI harness and otherwise.
