First place to start is setting the base boost. See Bentley for the procedure (You can access all of the manuals and many of the factory service manuals in pdf here on Saabnet - check out the link for "manuals" at the top of the page. You are going to need a calibrated boost gauge for this (one that reads in psi) they can be bought online for about $25-40. You can hook one up for the test pretty quickly - just get enough vacuum line to get the gauge into the car. Later you'll want to install it in the cabin. If you are going to drive a turbo-charged car, this is pretty much essential tuning equipment.
