Identifying AC Compressor
Posted by 6kidsdad [Email] (more from 6kidsdad) on Fri, 1 Nov 2019 19:47:16
Hello all. Trying to ID a 900 compressor that I have. It is mounted on an 89 Turbo, but not the original compressor. It is a reman, so it has been painted over. Sanden is embossed on it, but it does use the combo AC hose that bolts to the backside, like the Seiko Seiki compressors. Fill hole is on the top middle, and there is not a pop off valve on the back. Also, no overheat switch on it. So, it looks similar to a Seiko Seiki, but it is a Sanden. I am thinking it is from an 85 only 16 valve, but not sure. Any help identifying it. Needs a seal kit, but do not know what Sanden # it is. Thanks in advance, Emmanuel.
