Unless there is an obvious cause of the problem, and assuming that you have good compression, the normal approach is to first determine whether it's fuel or spark that's lacking and that's a pretty easy thing to do on the C900. Just pull any vacuum hose from the intake manifold and spray some carb cleaner in there, replace the hose and crank the engine. If it fires and runs for a few seconds then you've determined that lack of fuel is the issue. If it doesn't fire at all then the problem is most likely lack of spark. Having done that test you'll know which system to focus your diagnostics on.
If that test makes the engine run for a few seconds then you should determine if there is spark at the plugs. Pull one plug wire off a plug and insert an ignition spark tester or a spare plug into the wire and rest the plug so that it's grounded to the engine and you can watch the gap (don't hold it against the engine with your hand or you'll get a shock). Have someone crank the engine while you watch that plug for a spark. No spark means that you'll need to diagnose the ignition system from the distributor back until you find the issue.
If spraying go juice in the intake manifold makes the engine run for a few seconds then the next easy test is to crack the banjo bolt at the front of the fuel rail (engine and ignition off) and see if fuel sprays out. (If you've been cranking the engine there should be residual pressure in the rail.) That will spray a little gas around so make sure you are smoking a big stogie (right?). If no fuel sprays out as soon as you crack the bolt loose then you probably have no fuel delivery, maybe a pump or pump circuit failure. Fuse #30 protects the pump so check that fuse.
The diagnostic algorithm continues but post back here with your findings to continue.
