The appropriate sensor for the oil gauge is VDO P/N 360-028. This a dual post (one for gauge, one for dash), alleviating the need for a T, and has the proper thread for installation (M14x1.5). Pressure threshold for the dash light is 7psi.
As my set is pressure/temp/voltage I am unable to advise regarding the OAT sensor. These gauges are all originally VDO and have a P/N stamped across the top of the body. Search VDO plus the first six numbers and that should lead you in the right direction.
The oil sensor was originally used in older Porsches. The price was in the $60-$70 range last time I bought one.
Good luck.
