Front Brake Options 2020 - 1985 SPG

SO, it looks like my 1985 SPG has a front right caliper with a seized piston, no way can I get it to retract (yes, parking brake "off" and turning and trying to depress). Looking like I need to rebuild this, a task I haven't ever done (I do wrench on cars, just haven't messed with brakes besides replacing pads, rotors, bleeding brakes).
I have a used caliper I got off eBay on the way, o-ring kit for pistons for all four brakes (I figure they all need this maintenance at this point) and new front brake lines coming from Eeuroparts. I have read that the job isn't too bad, but, if the pistons are shot it's difficult (i.e. unobtanium?) to find new ones.
So after that long-winded intro, to my question: If I can't repair what's on the car, what are my options in the year 2020? I drive this car when the snow isn't flying and it is a solid, fairly low-mileage "real" SPG, I'm the second owner. I wouldn't think that front brakes would be its demise.
Any advice appreciated.
