The old low- pressure reds used to be adjustable by pushing them to fully
compressed, then feeling for the 'click' as the housing engages the adjuster.
Then you can twist, to adjust rebound damping.
I have had some experience with the str-t's and while the damping's good,
they haven't been very durable on a daily driver.
