Ignition Switch Test

Are there any tests I can do on an ignition switch before determining whether it needs replacement?
I occasionally deal with long crank times and really short crank times. I've done some road tests for fuel pressure, pressure is correct. The long crank times happen after driving the car for 15 minutes or more, letting it sit awhile, then restarting.
I have replaced/tested the following to eliminate what isn't wrong:
Ignition coil resistance
Crank position sensor replaced
Swapped ignition control module
Had fuel injectors cleaned, also tested for resistance
Air mass meter--wire glowed
AIC valve---correct specs
Replaced fuel pump as preventative maintenance--running under correct fuel pressure
Replaced fuel filter as preventative maintenance
Tested coolant temp sensor--works
Fuel pressure regulator is recent.
Plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap are a year old and the car hasn't seen much use.
No oil in the distributor cap.
Tested fuel pump and ignition switch relays---passed test.
