Just wire a hidden switch somewhere to where there's no power. On my very first Saab I had to put a toggle switch to turn the fuel pump on and off. My wife hated it I thought it was pretty cool. Basically I just jumped the wire from the fuel tank in the back and ran it through a toggle switch underneath the carpet and you could turn the car over all you wanted but until you hit that switch it will not start. Actually it was very simple to do that too.
