Coming from that location there are very few possibilities and the number one with a rocket is hydraulic fluid from the top system. If you are convinced it's not that because the reservoir is still full you need to consider that fluid will drain from a leaking hose or connection that is above the level of the reservoir.
The brake lines and fuel lines run through the passenger compartment so maybe it's brake fluid? It's very unlikely that it would be power steering fluid somehow getting into the passenger compartment and then finding it's way to the rear floorpan. The heater valve could be leaking but that would be anti-freeze and not likely to drip from the described area. When the clutch master cylinders leak that fluid is usually discovered behind the carpeting in the driver's footwell.
The floor pan behind the front seats is a low point and rain water that gets in the car will pool there too. (I know, a leaky CV?! No way!)
