If you have a real Red Box you can just swap it out with the original and get a little more ‘pep.’ Plus it looks cool under the hood. The later SPG’s and CommEd’s also had 2.8 FPR’s which fed more fuel and tweaked dizzys (-10 version) which delayed the retard and allowed more boost. Those two additions still used standard injectors. Suggest you add the Red box and either find a 2.8 FPR (if you can find one) and maybe 24# injectors (readily available and cheap) before you go down the rabbit holes you’ve just uncovered.
