Sounds like an awesome project. Are you Auto crossing the car or just a daily driver fun project car? I auto cross this one for about 3 years. When I was able to keep up with the Corvettes in the other class I decided it was probably enough. I didn't go through any transmissions Auto crossing, I was only running about 10 lb of boost which kept the power way down in first and second. My problem was the power really kicked in in third and I shredded two gears in my four-speed transmission. I'm in the process of rebuilding that one right now I'm probably going to have the gears cryo froze and see if that helps. Rob is actually the one supplying me with some new gears. Rob is also on my third transmission in The last 5 years I keep breaking fourth gear in the Saab 9000. It's a lot of fun playing with these older cars but it can be expensive. I'm to the point now where I'm turning both of the cars down. Best of luck have fun.
