In my experience, water leaks at the back are rare and random in the 9000. Water inflitration around the sunroof is a different matter....

I would doubt that the problem window. I would look in two places - obviously, it could be the seal where the antenna comes through the sheetmetal. The other place is the hatch.

Open the hatch - notice how there is a channel in the chassis on either side? There is a hinge mechanism in the channel, about 2/3 of the way up. Take a pitcher of water, and slowly pour it into the channel at the top, above the hinge mechanism. The channel should, well, channel the water out the back. In some cases, I've had water get in through the bolt holes for the hinge mechanism. This finds its way to some pretty interesting places.

If you do find water is making it through the hinge bolts, I've had great success with a little silicone sealant, like you'd use for gutters or bathrooms. One trick - Remove just ONE bolt at a time, caulk it, tighten it down, then do the other. You DON'T want to have both bolts out at the same time - hatch alignment is a black art.
