First of all - I'd like to impress my appreciation and thank everybody for input and help.
As per Lu's suggestion checked Fuses #27 - OK and #3 - that was it!
I would newer suspect in my own this particular fuse (seatbelt warning light - as per sign on the fuseboard)
Changed the fuse and things back to normal. I guess now it's time to think about getting the Electrical Book. It wouldn't be surprise if in a few days the fuse will blow again. Can you share what exactly are the book title and part number and the best source for it?
Again the car is 9000CS, 2.3L, non-turbo, 1993.
Thanks,
Vlad
