I can't believe how hard of a job this was. Took about 5.5 hrs to R&R the freakin thing...Getting everything apart wasn't that bad, getting the motor itself out is, how do I say this hhhhmmmm....! PAINFULLY difficult and took a good hour in itself. I cursed alot, took a break, then cursed some more and in between that I pulled on this thing like a mad man I tell you. IT WAS HARD. The good part was when that little trap door thingy, there's two of them actually and they control whether you get AIR or HEAT and are located at the mouth of the blower housing....I broke those and thought nothing of it. Changed the motor, also changed the speed control device($$) and put it all back together and then cursed and took a break and then cursed some more trying to get it all back in. WHAT A PAIN IN MY A$$ THAT WAS.......O.K. so now the good part. The blower works, the different speed settings works, what more could I possibly ask for? What about some cold air for a change? You see when I broke those flap things, and replaced the unit without then installed, there's now nothin in there to block off the heater core from delivering as much HEAT as it want's to. What does this mean for all you boys and girls out there listening to me rant? It's important that you take care of these or like me you'll be doing this job again(tomorrow)with some patchwork involved as well......

Thanks for listening to me rant and next time remember:

"PAY THE OTHER GUY TO DO THIS JOB!!"
