Set the ACC temperature setting to HI. The display will show this if the Up-Temp button is pushed until the temperature won't go any higher. When the ACC is on HI, you get heat regardless of the other sensor inputs. If you have no heat, here are the possibilities:

1. The wire fell of the heater flap arm (remove the aquarium cover under the hood and look down between the evaporator housing and the blower housing).

2. The heater flap arm broke (look in the same place). If there is enough of the arm still there, a repair kit can be used to clamp onto the arm.

3. The heater flap stepper motor is broken or the wire has slipped off of the stepper motor arm. (This is underneath the dash, on the right side of the heater box.)

4. The heater core is completely clogged. Check the temperature of the two heater hoses. If they are both hot, this is not the problem.

The heater core is hot all the time, so there is no valve to worry about.
