I agree with Gene. This is not a pump issue. If you had low ABS pressure, you would have both the ABS and Brake Fluid Lights.

The giveaway is that the light comes back on when you move the car. The ABS system runs a couple of tests on the ABS sensors. The first test is to check the impedance (resistance) of each sensor against the other. If one or more sensor is 'outside the pack', it lights the light. This happens when the car is stationary. Next, it looks at the signal from the sensors when the car is moving. The ABS system knows when the brakes are being applied (it had better!!), so if the brakes are off, it expects all the wheels to be turning at about the same speed. If one isn't, then it assumes there is a sensor error at that wheel.

Now, assuming you don't have a stuck caliper and are dragging a wheel, or that one tire is really, really bigger or smaller than the others, it's a speed sensor issue. Since you're not failing the resistance check, this could be due to a problem right at the sensor or reluctance wheel. There is a toothed gear on the hub that the sensor 'sees'. If this gear is out of place, or if the gaps in the gear are filled with metallic gunk (happens with semi-metallic brake pads, metallic rotor dust, etc), you'll get a speed sensor issue.

If you can find a dealer that will read out the ABS codes, you can determine which sensor is giving the problem. Otherwise, I would pull each wheel off, inspect each sensor to make sure it's tightly in place, and make sure the toothed reluctance wheels (gears) are cleaned out. And it wouldn't hurt just to unplug and re-plug the ABS sensor cables up by the ABS box, and do the same with the main connector on the ABS box. Unplugging and re-plugging a connector can re-seat it, and also has a 'cleaning' effect on the contacts.

I'd ignore the pump and go after a wheel sensor.
