I would stop with the upgrades until you get these to work properly. A '89 9000T, even with an automatic, should feel pretty spritely, and should be able to beat a postal truck. I've got/had two of that vintage in automatic, and they hold their own.

The concern I've got is that with all the 'upgrades', something got broken. From the sound of it, after much hard work and money invested, you now have a car that runs slower than stock.

The running rich is a very good indication. More fuel does not mean more power - more fuel with the right fuel mixture does provide more power.

If you're getting too much fuel, then I'd check the fuel pressure regulator and the injectors. Are all the plugs black, or just one? One would indicate a sticky injector. All would be a systematic issue. I'm not familiar with injector 'upgrades' - Can you replace the injectors without making other changes to the system? Again, more fuel isn't the answer.

What is the state of the AMM? A bad AMM can schedule too much fuel. Yes, I know it's brand new - this wouldn't be the first time somebody shipped a defective part. Also, make sure it's the same part number as the old one. Did you have the same problem with the old one? Too high a Fuel pressure will cause rich running. Screwing with the throttle position sensor can do the same. Since the CEL is coming on, I suspect that the O2 sensor is reading rich, but the system can't dial back fuel enough to put it into the normal range. The codes would probably indicate a bad O2 sensor, but with rich running and poor idle, I'll bet the O2 sensor is just fine.

Until you get the rich running figured out, don't add anything more.I'd also contact the Swedish Dynamics folks and ask if there are some adjustments you should have made to allow the ECU to compensate for the new parts you've added.
