Main symptom is: No blower operation on any setting-
Well, among problems with erratic operation of the buttons and displays on the ACC controls, it recently went out completely, where the fan doesn't blow at all. I used to be able to go manual and increase the fan speed, even though I wasn't able to redirect the airflow, and the temp control may not have been doing anything.

The blower motor control unit is a good suspect, and if not that, then the control line from the ACC to that control, but it currently isn't all that pleasant to tinker around right now, so I just wanted the most expeditious route to warm air on the windshield.
As I noted, I checked the blower motor itself by unplugging the connector and using my battery charger to supply some power to it, and it spun, so that's okay (for now).
I checked for 12V at the green wire from the wire harness, and that was good, so the fuse and lines going to the blower is okay.
In lieu of isolating between the ACC and the blower motor controller, I spliced in a wire on the blower motor side of the connector (so it'll eventually get replaced if I buy a new motor for it), and connected it through a fused wire to the ground terminal of the battery. This way, whenever the car is switched on, it'll be running full speed.
Also, I removed the cable from the temp flap control arm and put it to the furthest back position, which should be full hot.
If I get the chance, I may try to find a suitable limiting resistor and wire it into the circuit so I can switch between full speed and low speed, as well as be able to turn it on and off.
For now, I could just turn it off by pulling the fuse for the blower right from the glove box, which isn't the most convenient setup, but easy enough to do from the driver seat.
