With the insurance. Most likely they'll try to stick you with used or aftermarket parts wherever they can. Back in August when I had some damage to my car, they only offered to pay for used stuff. My indy took care of that and assured the adjustor that a used intercooler, radiator, AC condensor, etc. wouldn't "restore the car to the state it was in previous to the accident".

Then they offered new aftermarket stuff, but I knew that he wouldn't be able to find many aftermarket parts for Saabs, which they couldn't. So finally they agreed to new parts. The damage, by the way, was part mechanical, part body, and I assume that yours is mostly body. Either way, they were offering used body parts. So get ready for some fighting! And the site sponsors can be a very good resource.
