They look great. I need to replace my headlights too (one is cracked with condensation inside and they don't match the new corners).

It was really easy to cut out the hole for the reverse lights. I just drilled a hole with my Dremel, then used one of the sanding attachments to open the hole to the correct size. The I used one of the carving tools to carve two little detents for the tabs on the light so they'd stay put. Total time was maybe an hour, and it was my first time using a Dremel. I'd definitely recommdend this to anyone. I'll have some pics in my Member's gallery soon.
