There are drains in each of the 4 corners of the sunroof. I believe the front 2 dump into the aquarium (behind false bulkhead). There are plastic fittings on the ends of them for some reason. I blew mine out with compressed air and blew the caps right off. I did not replace them. You have a bigger problem right now. Unless you get the water out from beneath your carpet the car will stink and get mildewy. Beneath the carpet are sound proofing pads that act like huge sponges and retain a lot of water. You need to get those out of the car to dry them out. It is a PITA job (especially with a broken hand) but I doubt you will dry it out any other way.
