I don't know what to make of the pictures.
It seems like the exhaust cam if when the slack is removed will be spot on but the intake cam is one tooth off.
Is this when taking the head apart?
Could someone have replace the flywheel at some point and time and installed a 900 flywheel. The timing marks are about 30° off between a 900 and a 9000 flywheel?
Here in US we don't have B202 engines in a 92 9000 so I only go by the earlier 900/9000.
