Cut ecu pin 14 to run the 5spd map on the ECU (Orange, I think? It's easy to see the numbers on the ECU harness to identify it). That pin going to the ECU tells the car whether it has a 5spd or an auto tranny, without signal it will think its a 5spd and run the extra 25 hp map inside the ECU. That is all you need to do. As long as the ecu's are from the correct OBD version all will be will. I did this on a CS that I added a BPC valve to and an Aero ECU and it worked great even with the T25.
