The Aero autos basically just have the regular 2.3T FPT 200HP engine including the T25 turbo and ECU software with boost around 0.8 bar. In short it's the B234L and exactly the same engine, turbo and software you'd get in a 9000CSE 2.3FPT with automatic transmission.
It's only the manual Aeros that have different software and turbo, IE the B234R.
Since the software must match the turbo it would make no sense for Saab to take the manual Aero software that's written for the TD04 turbo and use it in the auto Aero which has the T25. Especially not when there is a perfectly fine 200HP T25 software in the first place.
