and the EDU reads pretty normal. 13.9 to 14.1, on an 78 degree day. As Ken Fisher notes, I could probably use a couple new wires from the battery, too, which was sort of on my list before winter anyway. So I'll just keep an eye on it for now. For $80 it's better to have a new VR in there anyway. And if the alternator does indeed die, I'll still have a spare VR for the other 9K and the 9-3 we're picking up later in the month.
