The pressure on the high side is 250 psi. What to think the chances are that a dab of glue on the hose is going to hold? (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) You didn't say what year your car is, but you can either replace the hose (about $180), or see if an A/C shop can crimp a new piece of rubber hose on your existing fittings. The system would have to be pumped down with a vacuum pump and recharged after either solution.
You could try adding some stop-leak to the system, but I am not a big fan of those kind of products because I always worry about what else it might be gumming up in the long run.
