To measure the transistors in the ECU, at the harness connector for the BPC valve, ground the multimeter solidly to the engine or battery - and make a good connection with the harness connector outer contacts. Be careful do not damage the contacts, nothing greater than .03" thick should be inserted between the contact fingers. The multimeter should be on the Meg Ohm scale. A good reading is about .500 Meg Ohms or greater. Some multimeters may read .50 "M". Your readings should be good, if the "M" symbol is present on the display during the resistance measurement.
