9k Aero Manual Vs. Auto

I am looking at a 1995 9k Aero w/ 134k miles. It is really clean and Im going to go drive it next week hopefully.
Only thing is its an automatic transmission. Couple questions...
I know the autos are limited to 200hp as opposed to 225 in the 5spds but does it still have the TD-04 turbo? If not, how easily would I be able to swap the TD-04 from my '93 Aero (5spd) to the '95 engine?
Would this even be worth doing? What sort of additional tuning would I need if I did the swap? ***Would I kill the autobox?
One more question, what should I see for activity on the boost gauge? My 5spd car with a working BPC valve boosts just into the red as it should. Do the autos get into the red at all? I had a 95 CSE auto a few years ago and looking back Im pretty sure the BPC was bad the entire time I owned the car (didn't know that much about the system then unfortunatly) because it never boosted past the beginning of the yellow so Im not sure what to expect...
