Intermittent Base Boost - Oil in BPC "C" port

Hello, I have a 1990 9000T with a Swedish Dynamics DI/APC chip.
It has the Rockford Fosgate Wastegate and an aluminum adjustable spring blow off valve.
My BPC valve appears to be sticking from oil in the "C" charge port.
The first few minutes of driving the car I get tremendous boost but it soon gets limited to base. When its there, the car pulls hard! But the harder it pulls, the quicker it get stuck in base boost.
If it sits for a little while the boost will be back back temporarily when I next drive the car.
I've tried 3 BPC valves, including a known working one. They all work well for a short while then start exhibiting the same issue consistently. Each time I swap them I discover oil on the 'C" charge port of the valve and if I clean it out it works great for a limited time until more oil gets sucked in.
I am confused because I understand that the charge hose is going to the intake pressure side of the turbo, so if this is air intake how can it be sucking oil?
